I had to cut the morning ride short. It felt like my legs were made of cement. A mere 11 miles felt like 50 miles of hill climbs.
I had to use my road bike as I'm waiting for a replacement part for my trike. I haven't ridden this steed in some time and it needs some work. I didn't realize until I returned home that there was something acting like a brake on the rear tire. No wonder my legs felt weak, I was pedaling against resistance.
Probably the new tires I got rubbing on the inside of the fender. You would think the bicycle industry could get together to define and actually meet specifications and standards. Why is it that every 700x32 tire doesn't have the same dimensions within a certain tolerance? Am I asking too much?
